ChatGPT is a brilliant assistant, but it waits for you. It doesn’t start itself up when work lands, it can’t reliably work your browser or read from your CRM, and it has no guard rails around what it’s allowed to do. So it can help you with a task, but it can’t take the task off your desk.
Automating repetitive work needs an agent, not a chat window: the right tools connected to your systems, a way to start itself when there’s work to do, and guard rails that keep it inside the lines. That’s what we build.
A general-purpose agent that can do anything in your name is powerful, and that’s exactly the problem. Broad, standing access is a real security exposure: security researchers keep finding these installations left open to the internet, and an agent with the keys can be tricked into leaking data through a prompt-injection attack or into taking a destructive action you never asked for.
It also doesn’t scale. A single self-hosted agent can’t absorb a spike: 50 invoices all landing at 9am need capacity it simply doesn’t have. And it’s expensive for repetitive work: it makes a paid model call for every click and keypress, whereas an optimised script — calling the model only where it earns its keep — does the same job with a fraction of the calls. It’s fine for the odd ad-hoc task; it’s the wrong tool for repetitive work at scale.
On top of that, like ChatGPT it usually has no integrations to the internal tools you actually care about, and because it’s open source, there’s no one to call when it breaks at the worst possible moment. We build agents with least-privilege access, guard rails and ongoing support, so the thing running your back office is one you can trust and rely on.

Your data is never used to train AI models. We also offer zero data retention, meaning your data remains completely private.
Every engagement starts with a signed Data Processing Agreement, so the terms for handling your data are written down before any work begins.
Each automation is given access only to what it needs to do its job, nothing more. When an engagement ends, your data is deleted.
